Doncaster Youth Council elections

Last Week, pupils across the senior school voted en masse for the 7 school candidates who put themselves forward for the Doncaster Youth Council Elections. The chosen 2 representatives from Hill House School will help connect the school to the wider community, over a period 2 years which they will serve on the council.

Hill House pupils were able to re-enact voting as in the General Election of 2019, after having seen the campaign videos of the 7 candidates. Voting numbers were very good and voters turned out in support of their favourite candidates.

Results will be announced shortly to announce the replacements for Mackenzie Alexander-Smith and Anna Russin who have served the council with distinction for the past 2 years, and I am sure the winners will carry on their good work for the young people of Doncaster.
