On Friday 20 March, the Hill House Junior Choir proudly performed at the Don Valley Music Festival, where they were delighted to be awarded 1st place in the Junior Choir category.

The choir performed It’s Time by Imagine Dragons and As Long As I Have Music by Don Besig, earning high praise from the adjudicator, Adrian Goss, who noted that the choir had a 'great sense of performance'.

Head of Practical Music at Hill House School, Mrs Bodman, said she was incredibly proud of the children: “The girls sang beautifully and with such enthusiasm. This is the first time the Hill House Junior Choir has achieved this at the Don Valley Festival, which makes this achievement even more special. A big thank you to Mrs and Mrs Mellors for their guidance and support for the choir.”
