Team Spirit Shines at Year 7 Induction Event
On Friday 12 September 2025, Hill House School welcomed its newest Year 7 pupils to an exciting evening of House Team-building. The event, held right at the start of the academic year, gave pupils the perfect opportunity to bond with their Forms, meet their Form Tutors, and connect with House staff and prefects in a relaxed and fun environment.
The action-packed programme began after the end of the school day. From 6.00pm, the pupils headed to the woods and sports field, where House staff and prefects led a series of lively team-building challenges designed to encourage collaboration, confidence, and friendship.
A delicious barbecue supper provided a welcome pause before the pupils enjoyed hot chocolate and board games in the Dining Hall, rounding off the evening.
The evening was a great success, with pupils throwing themselves into every activity and quickly building friendships across their houses and the year as a whole. Events such as these play a vital role in helping our pupils settle into life at Hill House!
