Record-Breaking Performances at Hill House Sports Day

On Friday 22 May, Hill House School celebrated the end of the half-term with its annual Sports Day at Doncaster's Eco-Power Stadium.
The day began with pupils from Years 3 to 6 taking to the field for the Junior School events. Children competed enthusiastically in a wide range of activities, including quoits, relays, long jump, high jump and sprint races, showcasing both determination and team spirit throughout the morning.
After lunch, the Senior School and Sixth Form pupils took centre stage, competing in an exciting programme of track and field events. The atmosphere was electric as pupils gave their all in pursuit of victory for their houses.
Across both events, an impressive number of long-standing school records were broken. Most importantly, however, pupils demonstrated exceptional teamwork, resilience and sportsmanship, supporting and encouraging one another throughout the day.
A huge thank you goes to our dedicated Sports Department for organising another memorable Sports Day, and to all the parents and families who came along to cheer on the children.
Congratulations to New House for winning the Junior School Sports Day, and to Field House for securing victory in the Senior School competition!
